Salary based compensation with bonus opportunities.
Key Responsibility of the Sales Manager
-Mentor, motivate and encourage producers for maximum revenue growth
-Recruit new producers, test and screen producer candidates
-Develop systems, tools and resources that perpetuate the success of the producers
-Direct sales forecasting and set performance goals for all producers
-Assist as needed in creating new business opportunities, participate in sales presentations
-Represent the agency in the community and take an active role in promoting the skills and resources of the agency
-Foster and set an example for a proactive sales organization with superior customer service
