Customer Service Representative - Claims

Work Schedules:
Monday - Friday 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
OR
Tuesday - Saturday 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
OR
Sunday - Thursday 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
The Customer Service Representative - Claims handles losses involving single vehicles or limited number of features via in-bound and out-bound calls also resolves physical damage, rental and other associated coverage issues.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Needed:
-High School diploma or GED. Some college preferred.
-Two years experience in a Claims Contact Center job and/or a combination of 3 years Customer Service or relevant business experience.
-Proven job stability including 1 year with past employer
-Proficient in computer window-based programs with excellent navigational skills -Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
