PRIMARY PURPOSE: To develop Bill Review Colleagues through individual training assistance and mentoring.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Develops Bill Review team through individual training assistance and mentoring with concentrated focus on audit results.
2.Develops and implements an individual mentoring program for new Bill Review colleagues.
3.Directs responses to SBR mailbox questions ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
4.Monitors audit results identifying trends and recommendations for formal training opportunities working directly with the Training Specialist.
5.Ensures workflow manual is documented accurately and the data integrity confirmed working directly with the Training Specialist, Quality and Compliance.
6.Works in conjunction with Training Specialist to prepare and provide formal training session to SBR colleagues.

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Performs other duties as assigned.
2.Supports the organization's quality program(s).

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Licensing
Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university preferred.

Experience
Two (2) years of workers compensation and/or bill review experience required with strong concentration in multiple state jurisdictional rules and regulations and complex medical bill processing; in-depth knowledge of medical terminology required; six (6) months training and/or mentoring experience required.
