We currently have a career opportunity in our Chicago Loop office for a Sr. Engagement Analyst:

Job Description:

- Work on client engagements, including screening of client’s competitive landscape, business opportunities, public private partnership history, Aon relationship history, project concession agreement, risk exposures, and project financing capabilities
- Assist in client workshops; develop client deliverables, presentations, and sales materials
- Drive research and development of client-focused benchmarking database and new analytical platforms, enabling successful client advisory engagements
- Actively contribute to the team's strategic client recommendations, including identifying and developing solutions for projects independently
- Develop new analytical and problem-solving techniques for the broader Infrastructure team
- Participate in idea generation and brainstorming sessions for new or uncharted client situations

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field with outstanding academic achievements; Master’s degree is strongly preferred
- 3-5 years experience in analytical, consulting or strategy role
- Previous credit and financial risk analysis experience, particularly in the construction or real estate development field is preferred
- Posses critical problem solving skills, familiarity with core business concepts, and a clear understanding of a broad range of business, strategy and finance topics
- Strong commitment to teamwork, excellence, and personal & professional growth
- Ability to manage a work load effectively and complete project planning accurately
- Strong verbal communication and presentations skills required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
- Ability to build and manage a database in Excel, Access and/or an SQL Server environment
- Ability to operate effectively through challenging or ambiguous situations
