Liability Adjuster Trainee

As a Liability Adjuster Trainee, you will participate in a training program, which includes one-on-one coaching, on-the-job training and self-study. You will then be responsible to investigate, evaluate, negotiate and settle liability claims. This includes the opportunity use your strong negotiation, communication and technology skills to move the claims towards resolution. We are looking for someone with high energy to join a fast paced successful team. This position offers great opportunity to grow and advance.
To be successful in this position, you will need:
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Independent decision-making, problem solving and negotiation capabilities.
• Strong willingness to learn and use technology to your advantage.
• High level of energy and confidence.
