Bill Review Analyst - 202048

Responsible for the day-to-day accurate processing of medical bills through administration of appropriate jurisdiction’s workers’ compensation reimbursement guidelines, UCR, contracted PPO discounts and/or customer specific instructions to produce a final review for recommendation of payment. Indirectly responsible for customer satisfaction, client retention, growth and profitability for assigned book of business.
This position is located in Rocklin, CA

Performance is measured based on productivity, quality, customer service and professional development.
Bill Entry & Review
- Processes medical bills in accordance with the appropriate jurisdiction’s workers’ compensation medical fee guidelines, UCR methodology, contracted PPO discount and/or special client instructions, ensuring the completion of the data entry process of medical bills.
- Ensures that system data accurately reflects submitted billing information and make any necessary corrections as needed.
Document Processing
The nature of our industry requires bills received from our clients be processed within definitive time frames with the resultant product being of the highest quality attainable. Quality and quantity of work is measured by the Supervisor on an ongoing basis.
Attains processing accuracy and production expectations when performing data entry:
Employed more than 90 days: 120 bills per day with an accuracy rate of 99%
Ensures achievement of annual Managed Care objectives as outlined for his/her position.
- Sets an example of courtesy and professionalism to all internal and external contact.
- Demonstrates the ability to work individually as well as collectively to address business challenges, needs and changes.
