Position Summary:
In this role, you will provide assignment support for Central Management Services for open/pending assignments by contacting clients and/or contractors, and updating various mediums according to procedures and program requirements.

Responsibilities:
Contact clients daily to provide status regarding mitigation assignments 
Contact contractors for file status (site inspection, estimate upload, etc.) as necessary 
Record status and file activity utilizing specific computer applications 
Assist clients with customer service inquiries

Perform other duties as requested

Requirements:
2 years customer service and/or administrative/clerical experience.
Knowledge of computer programs and the internet
Ability to work and communicate with others, both orally and in writing
Basic understanding of insurance terms, principles, concepts and practices a plus.
Basic data entry
