Requirements:
• Three to five years of solid outside sales/and or business related experience.
Insurance sales experience is always a plus.
• Previous Small Business ownership experience is desired.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business, Finance, Marketing or related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
And most importantly:
Candidates must have or be able to obtain both New York Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance sales licenses before they start the program. A very good credit rating is required. Candidates should have excellent time management skills with a strong self-directed orientation as well as demonstrated leadership skills and a true entrepreneurial spirit. The most critical factor to your success is your own intense desire to succeed with an exceptionally high earning income potential that will work to provide you with a secure retirement down the road.
