Currently, Chubb is seeking a Premium Audit Technical Assistant for our Phoenix, AZ office.
Position Responsibilities:
As a Premium Audit Center (PAC) Premium Audit Technical Assistant (PATA), you will be part of a diverse team accountable for completing the premium audit assignment process and contribute to the achievement of team, branch and corporate goals.
The Technical Assistant will apply the correct audit method to expiring auditable policies by analyzing, premium, location and compliance requirements. They will properly handle key accounts and distribute timely re-assignments, reprints or special requests. They will accurately apply special instructions and attach all appropriate endorsements. Additional duties may include the logging and distribution of completed audits to other Audit Center personnel, the completion of first and second voluntary reports, phone coverage, opening and distributing incoming mail and any other special assignments and requests as needed. Follow up on inquires and requested information. Provide audit statuses' from agents and internal customers.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
The ideal candidate should have the application of knowledge to lines of property and casualty business. You must also have exceptional customer service, interpersonal, communication, teamwork, organizational and time management skills. Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while maintaining workload and be self-motivated, confident in decision making and judgment abilities.
The individual must demonstrate the following competencies:
• Mathematical aptitude
• Strong PC skills including proficiency in Word and Excel
• Strong knowledge of rating systems
• Proficiency in on-line reference
• Familiarity with ISO workers compensation bureaus and other regulatory agencies
• Demonstrated track record of success in current and prior positions.
Education:
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Industry designations or coursework desirable.
