Functional Analyst - Hyperion

Education: Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance
Competencies/Skills:
•Minimum of 3 years of finance/accounting/planning and budgeting experience.

Position Description:
•This position serves as a cross-functional member of the Global Financial System and Strategic Planning and Budgeting teams and will be responsible for providing functional support to the users of the Hyperion Planning and Budgeting application currently under development.
•Responsibilities include:
–Maintaining and supporting the Hyperion Planning and Budgeting application from a functional perspective.
–Developing, documenting, and executing test scripts.
–Supporting the development and implementation of the system through the various stages of its deployment.
–Participating in the development and delivery of end-user training.
–Providing exceptional customer service to the users of the planning and reporting applications across the global organization.
–Responding to customer requests and questions.
–Performing various monthly, quarterly, and year end responsibilities as assigned.
–Performing various system maintenance and configuration responsibilities.
–Developing and preparing various financial analyses.
–Participating in, leading or supporting various ad-hoc projects and process improvement initiatives.
–Helping Chubb better leverage its investment in its financial systems technologies.
