We are looking for an Account Specialist in our Greenbay office:

Account Specialist:
- Supports key processes and internal activities to deliver client-facing services
- Primarily fulfillment role; responsible for delivery on projects, consistent with our operational excellence standards
- Develops understanding of operating processes and methodologies
- Develops understanding of insurance market and client-facing capabilities
- Provides support services on low to medium complexity accounts to Commercial Risk Team
- Assists in the managing of low to medium complexity
- Develops internal and client relationships
- Develops ability to sustain both market and client
- Develops coverage competency, knowledge of markets and relationships
- Obtains or possesses current industry property/casualty license
- Works independently with moderate guidance and supervision
- Actively seeks out new and challenging projects

Required Skills:
1 year successful business experience or related college experience, Proficiency with Office Technology, Experience with agency management systems is a plus and strong communication skills.
