Bilingual Claims Adjuster
at Access Insurance in Orange County, CA
An exciting opportunity now exists to join Access Insurance! Due to growth of the company, we are searching for enthusiastic, hard-working, and experienced Claims Adjusters to join our team at our Orange County, CA location.
Job Description
This job will require the qualified candidate to take new losses over the phone and identify appropriate exposures. The Claims Adjuster duties may include but are not limited to:
• Establishing reserves
• Examining coverage
• Investigating clear liability property damage claims in accordance with company best practices
Requirements
• Bi-lingual in Spanish required
• 2+ years of non-standard auto insurance claims experience required
• Strong communication/customer service skills
• Ability to negotiate in a fast paced environment
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office products
• Must be able to work non-standard hours (10 am – 7 pm)
