Work Schedules:
Tuesday - Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 pm or Sunday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m Training schedule for the first 9 weeks is 8;30 am - 5:15 pm

The Central Claims Representative handles losses involving single vehicle accidents or limited number of features via in-bound and out-bound calls. Coordinates the repair process, rental, and other associated coverage issues.

Knowledge/Skills:
High School diploma or GED
Two years experience in a Claims contact Center job and/or combination of 3 years Customer Service or relevant business experience.
Ability to build rapport quickly.
Basic computer skills such as windows-based programs and internet navigation.
Demonstrated problem-solving skill.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize.
Ability to work as a member of a team.
Ability to manage conflict and communicate difficult messages.

Preferences:
Bachelor's Degree
