We are currently looking for an Associate Broker in our Chicago office:

POSITION SUMMARY:
Designs and negotiates risk transfer/risk financing products for assigned clients. Assist brokerage team in day-to-day functions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Negotiate with carriers on our clients' behalf
Development of renewal strategy plans, submissions, and renewal proposals
Review binders, policies and carrier program agreements for accuracy
Maintain Global Risk Insight Platform (GRIP) database for our clients
Interface with actuarial group on exposure and loss analyses
Adhere to Aon’s adopted best practices
Perform related duties, as assigned
Conduct research projects, as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Work experience that demonstrates the ability to execute job duties and responsibilities with minimal oversight. Broker’s license required 

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree or higher with Risk and Insurance Management/business related curriculum preferred
