Old National Insurance, one of the Top 100 largest U.S. independent insurance agencies and the 10th largest bank-owned independent agency, is seeking an Account Administrator for Personal Lines in our Indianapolis office. We are looking for a customer service-focused personal insurance expert to join our team. You will provide a high level of service to new clients by explaining, quoting, and placing their personal lines insurance coverage. You will help retain current clients by providing outstanding claims service, making coverage changes, and effective problem solving. This position requires excellent sales and communication abilities in addition to rating, underwriting and procedural skills. Effective time management abilities, self-discipline, a professional approach to your work, and the desire to be a contributing part of a successful team are essential requirements for this role.
 
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of Personal Lines CSA experience preferred
High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
Valid Indiana P&C License
High proficiency with MS Office suite of products
Agency management system experience preferred
Comparative rater experience preferred
