We are currently looking for a Business Analyst-AonBondLink - in the Aon Surety Group Chicago Loop office.

Position Summary:
Provides support for the business functions of AonBondLink. 

Duties and Responsibilities:
New Client Setup & User Setup
Report Creation and Maintenance
New User Training Setup
Weekly ABL Status Meeting
Monthly ABL Use Narrative
Advocate Council Meetings
Assist users with ABL application and report problems
Determine Priorities for Steady State Maintenance and Upgrades
Steady State User Acceptance Testing
Assist ABL IT Team when necessary in determining resolutions to Escalated ABL Help Desk tickets and Release Prioritized Tickets
Assist with Special Projects such as Client Data uploads and Carrier Interface Development
Manages the AonBondLink bond template database. This includes electronic bond forms, riders and letter templates.
Provides internal support for carrier interfaces.
Assist with the creation and management of content on the SuretyHub pages

Requirements:
Proficient on all required computer technology, including the Microsoft Office Suite, Crystal Reports and Teamsite.
Possesses strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
Is able to effectively interpret a variety of technical instructions dealing with abstract and concrete variables.
