POSITION SUMMARY
The purpose of this role is the project management of client work. This position will support the lead consultant on most client assignments and have interactions with the account managers and client relationship role for the servicing of the account. Finalize certain reports, participate in client meetings and identify client needs for other services.

Benefits works would include: benefit audits, benchmarking, M&A, pooling studies and pool managements, financial projections of benefits valuations, monthly financial reports for self funded plans, compensation reviews, captive studies and financial management. Proposal & report preparation and presentation;

RESPONSIBILITIES
•Finalizes reporting and materials for benefits projects.
•Conducts meetings & takes notes, monitor and executes deliverables and accountabilities based on project scope and statement of work.
•Identifies additional potential work and any out of scope services requested by client.
•Works in oversight of consultant to finalize project and monitors time spent and project budget at first level.
•Makes analytical projections and material conclusions for work conducted. May sell or introduces new services.
•Conducts studies, makes intermediate or final recommendations.
•Resolves client issues at appropriate levels and informs relationship manager and team of pertinent issues.
•Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS
•Bachelor’s degree required (mathematics, finance or economics preferred).
•1-2 years of experience in international consulting or non US benefit consulting strongly desired US benefits consulting skills helpful.
•5 plus years of experience in a HR consulting firm or professional services firm.
•Excellent communications skills (written and verbal).
•Strong organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple projects at one time.
•Project management and strong analytical ability.
•Working knowledge of benefits and services offered and value to clients.
•Strong presentation skills.
•Project management certification is a plus.
