Currently, we have a opening for an Associate Broker in our Southfield, MI office.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Supports Broker and Senior Broker on Large complex accounts
-Primarily interacting with insurance carriers or related intermediaries
-Significant interaction with Account executives and other internal resources within Aon
-Over time developing skill to handle own book of business
-Preparing reports, benchmarking and CRDB data

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Proficiency on Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
Some general insurance knowledge is a plus
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Team player
Ability to manage work time in midst of, at times, conflicting deadlines
1-3 years experience in Property Insurance preferred

MINIMUM EDUCATION:
College Degree desired
