Customer Service Representative - CSR

Progressive Insurance (Mayfield Village location)

Start Date: April 18, 2011

Training Schedule (paid training):
1:00 PM - 10:00 PM; Monday - Friday

Pick your own schedule!
Work Schedule:
1:00 PM - 10:00 PM
5 days per week (any 4 weekdays plus either Saturday, or Sunday)

Pay Rate: $12.00 - $15.00/hr

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Needed:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years of post secondary education or 2 years work experience in a complex customer service environment
- Proven job stability including 1 year with past employer
- Proficient in computer window-based programs with excellent navigational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
