Workforce Management Coordinator

PRIMARY PURPOSE: To provide support in the daily workforce staffing and scheduling process.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
Enters data and information into the workforce management system.
Initiates the schedule simulations used to create weekly schedules.
Coordinates scheduling and adherence activities ensuring performance goals are met; maintains and modifies schedules.
Supports activity scheduling including on/off call duties, training and meetings.
Monitors and responds to requests for time off and shift swap.
Monitors service level and adherence activities and provides updates/suggestions to management when areas of concern are identified.
Coordinates intra-day adjustments.
Prepares reports for management and workforce group.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Supports the organization's quality program(s).

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Licensing
HS diploma or GED required. BS/BA preferred. College courses strongly preferred.

Experience
Two (2) years call center or customer service experience required. Experience with workforce management, staffing and/or Blue Pumpkin software strongly preferred. Advanced Excel and Access skills strongly preferred. Supervisory experience with the Company preferred.
