Analyst:
The Analyst will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy and quality, and will prepare reports and analyses to identify and present insights to clients on their strategic objectives - including performance measurement, reward design/levels and market opportunity. Working with our senior leaders, the successful candidate will contribute to strategy, relationship management and business development. 

Sample client engagements include:
Benchmarked senior executives for a leading investment bank
Developed a strategic compensation plan for a top asset management firm
Assessed staffing levels, organizational structure, performance and compensation levels for front-office staff at a leading global private bank 
Developed a revenue growth plan, including targets for overall market share and focus clients, for a leading institutional equities broker  
Analysts support client teams on multiple assignments related to our benchmarking products and consulting engagements. 

They:
Research existing and emerging trends in client businesses
Analyze data related to surveys and client engagements
Work with consultants to update competitive benchmarking program design and expand coverage
Prepare special reports and analyses geared toward presenting insights
Field client questions and deliver solutions

Qualifications
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint, Access skills a plus 
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Creative and proactive problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and on a team on multiple projects
Strong mathematical and/or analytical skills
Bachelors or Masters Degrees

Experience:
0 – 3 years experience
