Fulfillment Analyst

We have an exciting career opportunity for a Fulfillment Analyst for our Aon Integramark Office in Alpharetta GA.
Roles and Responsibilities-
Primary responsibilities include assisting in and executing daily fulfillment production activity of contractual documents for several major client programs. Will verify data elements and reports and provide extensive proofreading. Will maintain direct contact with fulfillment partner(s) team members to provide and transmit staged approvals to release fulfillment packages for mailing each day Monday to Friday. Track, report and liaison with systems team on errors/issues encountered or when necessary. Maintain accurate notes and electronic filing system to track work.
Special Skills Required-
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Access, Lotus Notes, ability to work independently must be highly organized and able to effectively manage time and daily deadlines. Must be capable of detailed proofreading of contract documents that are processed each day. Works with team to resolve any issues or irregularities found in proofreading work. Requires excellent communication with team members to resolve daily issues and problems that arise and reach resolution to please clients and meet contractual obligations.
