JOB SUMMARY
Assistant Account Executive opening in NEW YORK. Handle minor placements as directed by, and under the supervision of, the Department Manager; provide telephone back-up to AE’s when they are unavailable or out of the office; process applications, proposals, binders, change requests & schedules of insurance; data entry including billing policies and endorsements in Sagitta; follow-up on policy issuance and billing matters; assist in the research and implementation of new business initiatives; assist department AE’s as may be required. College degree preferred, Valid P&C brokers’ license and a minimum 2 years of commercial insurance brokerage experience; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of Sagitta office system a plus. Salary $45-57k.
