Full-time Analyst or Senior Analyst (Reinsurance administration)

This position is located in Minneapolis

OVERVIEW

As a member of this team, you will support the Reinsurance Administration efforts on new or existing clients who have partnered with Inpoint Services. This requires professionally and efficiently servicing assigned accounts and meeting client deliverables per Service Level Agreements. This role may include direct client contact.  Also, nominal travel and/or onsite client work may be required. 

Primary Accountabilities
Partner with Account Executives and other account team members on execution of account deliverables, and assist in preparation of project plans and Statements of Work
Analyze reinsurance premiums and claims transactions to validate and ensure data integrity and accurate reinsurance reporting.
Assist management in problem solving and researching issues.
Assist with client’s ad hoc reporting requests as required.
Communicate and interact with team, client, other departments, vendors, and internal management to provide high quality service and support to client.
May participate in analyzing data converted during business transition to ensure accuracy
Use knowledge of the business and the industry to analyze information provided by the client for accuracy and completeness
Interpret and apply reinsurance contract terms to clients reinsurance transactions 

Qualifications
Related Bachelors degree, preferably in business, or equivalent direct industry experience.
Approximately 2-5 years of experience from a directly related industry, with reinsurance experience being a huge plus.
Excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills
Proven problem solving and detail orientation
Demonstrated ability to work with minimal direction
Excellent organizational skills to work on multiple priorities in a time sensitive environment
MS Office proficient with advanced use of Excel. Adaptable to other proprietary systems/applications as demonstrated by previous experience with other platforms.
