Currently we have an career opportunity for an Account Specialist/Broker (Construction Services Group) in our Boston, MA office.

Description:
- Assists in the managing of low to medium complexity accounts (determined by size of account and/or nature of business)
- Services low to medium complexity accounts
- Supports key processes and internal activities to deliver client-facing services
- Provides support to account executives
- Develops understanding of insurance market and client-facing capabilities
- Develops understanding of operating processes and methodologies
- Begins to develop internal and client relationships
- Developing ability to sustain both market and client relationships and advancing insurance knowledge base
- Primarily fulfillment role; responsible for delivery on projects, consistent with our operational excellence standards
- Developing coverage competency, knowledge of markets and relationships
- Developing ability to broker less complex accounts
- Works independently with moderate guidance and supervision
- Obtains or possesses current industry license
