Description of duties & responsibilities:
• Market pricing of jobs and preparing recommendations for compensation.
• Benchmarking incentive plan designs and practices.
• Conducting surveys of compensation issues.
• Monitoring industry issues for compensation.
• Modeling financial impact of compensation plans and programs.
• Conducting statistical analysis of compensation data.
• Preparing exhibits, summaries, and recommendations for client reports.
