A&H Marketing & Communications Specialist - Prior Insurance Experience Required -8591

Chubb is currently seeking an A&H Communications & Marketing Specialist for our Whitehouse Station, NJ office.
This position is responsible for supporting the planned integrated marketing programs, promotions and communication efforts on Chubb’s portfolio of Accident & Health products and service offerings. One of the primary goals of the position is to maintain the brand integrity and execute plans that will strategically position Chubb as a trusted source for A&H products and industry knowledge. This position will assist in the conceptual planning, as well as, the implementation/execution of marketing plans and product launches targeted to a broad A&H marketplace. This includes four specific target market segments, also known as COEs (Centers Of Excellence) which are Consumer/Affinity, Reinsurance, Employee Benefits and Special Risk.
The Communications & Marketing Specialist position will develop sales communications, product and service collateral, sales tools, conferences and seminar strategies, e-communications and the development of programs and promotions that all contain consistent and cohesive messaging.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and execute an annual strategic marketing and communications plan for Chubb Accident & Health, focusing mainly on Internal Chubb opportunities.
• Build and strengthen relationships with Corporate Communications, Branch Marketing Managers, and key decision makers in the organization. (Work with U.S. Branch Marketing Managers to develop innovative ways to market A&H products to P&C producers. Utilize relationships in the branches to expand sales and marketing opportunities. Plan and manage communications efforts in cooperation with profit centers and Corporate Communications.)
• Develop, manage and produce marketing materials to create a cohesive image and message for print and all offline communication vehicles, including, but not limited to Brochures and Fact Sheets, Advertisements, Events (displays, posters, postcards, invitations, etc)
• Ensure that all materials are developed and distributed according to an appropriate timeline.
• Develop, manage and maintain all online communication vehicles, including but not limited to:1) ChubbNet (internal A&H site), 2) Emails (e.g. APRIMO, internal email campaign, etc.), and 3) Online social media (including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, blogs, etc)
• Create and analyze external website statistical data to determine what modifications need to made to our site to satisfy our audience and to be proactive on
• Leverage the Judy Diamond Database to optimize the information within it and develop a matrix to measure success. Determine if additional training is needed based on feedback from users.
• Develop and maintain relationships with profit center managers, sales team, Branch Marketing Managers, and when applicable producers; to collect feedback on marketing initiatives, campaign results and new products.
• Manage direct marketing campaigns from creative brief development through testing, reading results, model development rollout and ongoing campaign management. Channels include, but are not limited to direct mail, telemarketing, customer service, banner ads and email.
Knowledge and Skills:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Insurance/Financial Services Direct Response Marketing, Direct to Consumer, Affinity, Employer or Broker /Agent Marketing experience
• Either Group or Individual Insurance Experience
• Deep subject matter expertise in Accident & Health business/products
• Deep subject matter expertise in Consumer Products and Services
• Ability to build strong relationships with all levels of management and cross-functional teams
• Ability to exert strong interpersonal influence
• Strong collaborative skills
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to communicate a vision and purpose
• Superior verbal and written communications skills
• Product and market thinker and highly adaptable to shifting priorities
• PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Education Requirements:
