Central Claims Rep

Start Date 2-28-2011
Work Schedule - Sunday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Schedule for the first 8 weeks of training will be Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:15.
The Central Claims Representative handles losses involving single vehicle accidents or limited number of features via in-bound and out-bound calls. Coordinates the repair process, rental, and other associated coverage issues.
Knowledge/Skills:-
High School diploma or GED
Two years experience in a Claims contact Center job and/or combination of 3 years Customer Service or relevant business experience
Ability to build rapport quickly.
Basic computer skills such as windowsbased programs and internet navigation
Demonstrated problem-solving skill
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
Ability to work as a member of a team
Ability to manage conflict and communicate difficult messages
Preferences:
Bachelor's Degree
