EMPLOYEE BENEFITS SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
at Old National Bank in Indiana
Old National Insurance has a position for an Employee Benefits Service Representative who will be responsible for customer service with agency clients with Employee Benefit accounts in conjunction with producers.
General Duties:
Provide customer service by responding to client and insurance carrier questions in order to resolve issues; maintain documentation; assist clients with implementation; complete policy changes; assist with claim resolution.
Manage the renewal process by coordinating with the producer.
Maintain a system to follow up on outstanding orders, correspondence, and reports.
Maintain current files using the agency management system and maintain paper file as required.
Market new and renewal business for accounts.
Qualifications:
1 year of insurance experience preferably in employee benefits.
Indiana State Life and Health license is preferred or the ability to obtain license in 90 days.
Proven proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience with Zywave and Benergy is helpful.
Must be self motivated and organized.
