This exciting opportunity will report to the Managing Director of Business Development for the Americas region of Aon Global Risk Consulting (AGRC), and oversee Business Development operations for Houston.
Primary Accountabilities
Deliver on agreed Business Development targets ($ of services sold) for AGRC services sales
Develop a Business Development and Marketing plan to reach Business Development objectives for AGRC services sales
Actively support wider AGRC thought leadership and innovation initiatives with a view to maintaining our position at the forefront of the risk consulting industry
Support broader AGRC Business Development operations in the Americas
RFP response writing
Presentation development
Peer review of AGRC Business Development Team deliverables
Ability to travel periodically within the United States
Qualifications
As a results driven and goal oriented professional, you will offer your 5+ years directly related experience that includes successful partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and proven expertise in at least two of the following technical disciplines: insurance, risk control, claims, captives, analytics, and enterprise risk management.
Degreed professional; related industry credentials a plus
Excellent sales, presentation and negotiation skills in order to effectively interact and communicate solutions at all organizational levels
Strong interpersonal skills; team player and strong collaboration
Willing to travel nationally as needed
