Job Responsibilities:
•Manage Claim IT testing portfolio for all test planning, documentation and execution of functional, systems and regression tests to uncover defects and improve the overall quality of the software.
•Participate in scheduling of target dates for testing deliverables, prioritizes and monitors activities to meet such dates
•Generate Test reports that clearly communicate Tests results, concerns and project status with an emphasis on project risk, including defect rates
•Interface with business and development teams to understand and resolve any quality issues and testing defects that are discovered during any phase of the project life cycle
•Participate in reviews and provide feedback on Requirements, Design documents and Specifications from Testing perspective
•Lead efficiencies of data warehouse testing processing
•Develop, maintain and track quality assurance metrics
•Plan, direct and coordinate the test load schedules
•Responsible for personnel activities of subordinates including growth mentoring, performance reviews and salary adjustment recommendations
•Direct documentation of testing best practices and Extract Transform and Load (ETL) procedures

Background and Experience Requirements:
•Five years or more hands-on data warehouse testing experience
•Demonstrated strong skills in leadership of a team
•Ability to work with cross functional groups, create partnerships, and negotiate
•Quality tool experience (Quality Center, ClearQuest, QTP)
•Familiarity with Oracle database, Informatica and mainframe
•Working knowledge or experience with relational database structures and query techniques
•Working knowledge or experience testing data warehouse structures and usage of ETL tools
•Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
•Strong organizational and planning skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
•Demonstrated business leadership in judgment and impact
•Demonstrated organizational leadership in talent development and influence
•Demonstrated personal leadership in management maturity and commitment
•Managerial experience and project management preferred

Education Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent work experience with a minimum of two years leading a technology team and 10 years technology experience.
