ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE, EMPLOYEE BENEFITS

Old National Insurance, a subsidiary of Old National Bank, has an outstanding opportunity for an Account Executive for Employee Benefits in the Mishawaka region. Old National Insurance is the largest independent retail insurance agency headquartered in Indiana and is one of the top 100 insurance brokers in the U.S.
The Account Executive will be responsible for pursuing and closing sales with new and existing employee benefits clients utilizing bank and self-generated leads.
Specific Responsibilities:
Prospect for new business from existing clients and identified target groups; contact prospects to determine group insurance needs with review of current policies, risk management plans, produces and records and present solutions based upon these needs; develop and deliver new and renewal proposals of insurance including details of coverage, limits, deductibles and other pertinent information and explain to client/prospect after reviewing underwriting information; achieve sales goal.
Become involved with all service issues as needed; participate in renewal meetings as necessary; work with service personnel on collecting and submitting renewals.
Maintain production reports and attend all required sales meetings; promote agency and insurance industry; attend insurance carrier training on new products; maintain licensing through continuing education as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Strong sales and consulting aptitude.
Proven presentation skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to obtain all insurance designations as required.
Community involvement is essential to success in this position.
