Customer Service Representative

Have you ever been involved in an auto accident or had to report a claim? Then you understand how stressful the situation can be. Our Claims Contact Representatives are those caring individuals who take those calls and help people by setting up claims. They do this by keeping an eye on the details and providing the best possible customer service!
Class Start Date: February 21, 2011
Part Time
Training Schedule (paid training):
9:00 AM - 3:00 PM; Monday - Friday
Work Schedule:
Start Time: 9:00 AM
Shift Length: 4 - 6 hours on weekdays and up to 8 hours on Saturday, or Sunday (4 days per week / 20 - 32 hours per week)
Required Days: Monday, Wednesday, Friday and either Saturday, or Sunday
Pay Rate: $12.00/hr +
Progressive offers:

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Needed:
-High School diploma or equivalent required
-Minimum 2 years of post secondary education or 2 years work experience in a complex customer service environment
-Proven job stability including 1 year with past employer
-Proficient in computer window-based programs with excellent navigational skills
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
