Full-time Customer Service Rep

Currently we have a career opportunity for a Customer Service Rep (Small Commericial) in our Houston, TX office.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Provide professional and courtious service for new and existing policyholders.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Customer Service Representatives are responsible for servicing and maintaining existing accounts to include quoting on new lines of insurance and handling all policy inquiries and changes. Prepare and complete applications, as well as follow up on needed information. Issues certificates, policy checking, and auto ID cards. Assumes additional duties as needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 1-3 years of customer service experience in the insurance field. Proficient in MicroSoft Office. Must have ability to multi-task and prioritize work flow. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with clients. Strong attention to detail and organization skills. California Property & Casualty license required.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent.
