Currently, we have an exciting career opportunity for a Vice President – Program Management with Aon - Affinity Insurance Services at our Hatboro, PA office.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of Program business along with specific experience within healthcare professional liability coverage, revenue generation and P&L management and accountability. Established industry relationships on the carrier and distribution sides of the business are highly desirable. Experience managing key accounts and proven track record of increasing revenue through new business production and existing accounts. Experience managing key accounts and a proven track record of increasing revenue through new business production and improving performance of existing accounts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Leader of existing national programs with key association accounts and new business development of new products and accounts that fit the Healthcare Program business models. Emphasis on increasing revenue on existing accounts by recommending new and/or enhanced coverage(s) and introducing new products to clients. Work with Healthcare SBU leadership team on new program development and implementation including strategic support on new business ideas / initiatives as well as emerging market opportunities. Collaborate and coordinate Affinity resources within Operations, Marketing Sales, IT, etc. to ensure execution that drives enhanced client value and profitable revenue growth.
Solid management capabilities; Provide strategic, as well as product specific, direction to staff; Advanced negotiating skills; Ability to operate in a fast paced, unstructured environment. Ability to self direct and properly prioritize according to Company's stated objectives. Ability to collaborate with executive leadership and orchestrate shared service resources (i.e., operations, finance, IT, HR) to drive client value and production growth. Strong verbal and written communication skills a must.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Work experience: 10-15+ years insurance experience with national property & casualty insurance program business including production management / distribution, sales, underwriting and client service. P&C license.
MINIMUM EDUCATION:
Bachelors degree preferred
