Endorsement Inventory Specialist

Currently, Chubb is seeking an Endorsement Inventory Specialist for the Whitehouse Station, NJ office.
This entry level Endorsement Inventory Specialist position is responsible for handling endorsement requests and general services inquiries from an assigned portfolio of P&C renewal business.
Major Responsibilities:
- Triage non commercial express renewal endorsement requests
- Timely adherence to workflow and business rules
- Timely responses to producer inquiries relative to endorsement and service inquiries
- Gather/analyze change requests, general service inquiries and endorsement requests emanating from the producers requests
- Adhere to jurisdictional compliance documentation standards and ensure underwriting documentation is complete
- Handle other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- The ideal candidate must have basic PC navigation skills including knowledge of Windows operating systems, Lotus Notes, and the internet
- Ability to meet or exceed established performance standards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as mathematical aptitude
- Demonstrate strong business acumen and critical thinking skills which lead to confident decision making and judgment abilities
- Basic knowledge of underwriting principles and policy forms
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
