As a Liability Claims Adjuster Trainee, you will train in the Claims department in the areas of trucking liability claim files, auto physical damage, and related property damage. You will participate in a training program, which includes on the job training, one-one-one mentoring, class time, self-study and testing.

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Prefer course work and/or experience in insurance. Prior CPCU/IIA courses preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
