Claim Services Coordinator - Work Comp Exp Preferred/Acct Mgmt Skills

Chubb Services Corp. (CSC), Chubb’s Third Party Administrator, has an exciting career opportunity for an individual who enjoys independent problem solving and utilization of their organizational, interpersonal and collaboration skills to coordinate, deploy and maintain account management services for national programs as well as coordination of claim service deliveries.
Currently, Chubb is seeking a Claims Services Coordinator for the Warren, NJ office.
Position Description:
This position reports directly to the National Marketing and Client Relations Manager and participates in the acquisition, maintenance and renewal of national Risk Management programs. This position serves as Account Coordinator to determine, develop and deliver agreed upon claim and Risk Management Information Systems service to clients and brokers in a timely and professional manner.
Job Responsibilities include the following:
• Foster and manage relationships between claim operation and clients, brokers and insurance carriers.
• Coordinate and attend client claim file review meetings.
• Determine claims and reporting preferences, options and infrastructure to provide the most efficient delivery of service.
• Establish, monitor and maintain data integrity, especially with claims coding related to data interfacing.
• Determine and implement the Risk Management Information System needs for client, broker and insurance carrier.
• Determine, establish and maintain electronic Claim Handling Instructions.
• Monitor claim activity for existing clients for adherence to established protocols.
• Work closely with management on the delivery of claim service to meet client expectations.
• Effectively communicate with all internal/external customers.
• Manage claim related projects and system upgrades to ensure effective delivery to field claim operation.
Competencies/Tech Skills:
• Requires insurance, third party administrator (TPA), claims and related industry experience.
• Requires a demonstrated knowledge and skill in leadership, teamwork, collaboration, problem solving and communication.
• Candidates should possess a minimum of ten years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Apply strategic, proactive and innovative skills to develop creative solutions and resolve problems to achieve desired business results.
• Relationship management with internal staff and external participants in order to fulfill client service needs and respond to all client concerns.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize Risk Management Information Systems to develop and deliver financial and statistical trending analysis to clients.
• Thorough knowledge of or proficiency in the areas of Casualty claims, Workers’ Compensation claims, trending, service expectations and multi-jurisdictional issues.
• Position requires effective communication with a wide spectrum of people both internally and externally.
• Must have experience handling and managing large national accounts.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Effective and efficient relationship building techniques.
• Knowledge of claim department capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and analytical skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products required.
