PRIMARY PURPOSE:
To coordinate program functions and activities as directed by upper management.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinates equipment setup for new hires and newly created filled positions; coordinates Information Technology testing.
Coordinates caseload coverage.
Monitors Company assignments and staffing issues.
Coordinates special projects ensuring compliance with benchmarks and deadlines.
Works closely with other departments ensuring client needs are being met.
Reviews policy and procedural changes and address with staff.
Manages caseload for assigned clients following program guidelines.
Completes audits as required.
Provides tracking reports to upper management.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs other duties as assigned.
Maintains a quality assurance program to support the Total Performance Management initiative and the consistent delivery of quality claims service.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Licensing:
BS/BA degree preferred.
Experience:
Two (2) years line-of-business claims management experience required.
Skills & Knowledge:
Good knowledge of line-of-business claim policies, procedures and processes
Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills
PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
Analytical and interpretive skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies
WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Mental: Clear and conceptual thinking ability; excellent judgment, troubleshooting, problem solving, analysis, and discretion; ability to handle work-related stress; ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously; and ability to meet deadlines
