Currently, Chubb is seeking a Custom Solutions Customer Service Representative for the Whitehouse Station, NJ office.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The primary responsibility of this position will be to handle processing of all new lines, renewals and endorsements for all Custom Solutions products including Workers Compensation, Signature Passport and Group Personal Excess. The Customer Service Representative will partner with our CPI Custom Solutions Underwriters to provide accurate policies and certificates, incorporate compliance practices, resolve premium discrepancies and prepare accounts for renewal.

PC skills including proficiency in Word and Excel
Knowledge of Commercial processing systems including WIP, E-premium, Customarq, APEX a plus but not required
Accurate typing skills
Self motivated team player that enjoys working in a fast paced environment.

*The hours for this position are 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
