Full-time Yacht Customer Service Representative

Currently, Chubb is seeking a Yacht Customer Service Representative for the White House Station office.
Position Description:
Provide superior service on quotes, new lines and endorsements via an 800 number. Receive, respond to and resolve inquiries, requests and problems on a timely and accurate basis. Develop a positive relationship with producers and underwriters.
Competencies/Performance Skills required:
Prior experience in the Boating Industry a plus
Excellent phone and customer service skills
Excellent oral/written communication skills and interpersonal skills
Good time management skills and strong ability to multitask
Strong organization and communication skills
Accurate typing skills
Detail oriented
Ability to complete tasks efficiently and accurately
Team player with the ability to work independently
Ability to demonstrate a positive phone presence when dealing with difficult or complex situations

Innovative/forward thinker
Technical Skills:
PC skills including proficiency in Word and Excel
The hours for this position are 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
