As a Safety Representative you will visit motor carriers to conduct pre-quote investigations, assess current operations for safety consciousness and loss prevention programs and practices, and report findings to our Underwriting Department. You will also design, schedule and conduct safety meetings and other educational programs for our insured carriers and their drivers, as well as assist in problem identification and resolution.

This position will be based in central or eastern Kansas.

Our ideal candidate will have:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in the motor carrier industry. Experience in safety, work comp or OSHA a plus.
• Willing to travel extensively and work irregular hours. Must have an acceptable MVR.
