TBA Customer Service Representaive

As a TBA Customer Service Representative you will be processing information and answering questions pertaining to policies, certificate requests, verification of coverage, requested changes, and account status. You will also be coordinating new and rollover business with Producers and CSR's.
A qualified candidate must have: High Scool diploma or equivalent with courses in office practice and computers.
Position hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm
