Aon Global Client Network (AGCN) is a dedicated group of more than 1,200 professionals who specialize in the servicing of multinational accounts. They are all trained in the global account handling, and understand the balance between local insurance customs and global risk management objectives. AGCN experts understand the intricacies of multinational insurance and can leverage the collective experience of Aon. Working with consistent protocols, AGCN is accountable for the execution of effective global services.
The ideal candidate will:
Be responsible for the day-to-day servicing of middle market and large complex global accounts in the Global Client Network (GCN) team. They will assist the Account Executive in implementing both global Casualty and Property programs. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating the collection and analysis of renewal data or other exposure information, the updating of the Global Account Management System (GAMS), premium and policy issuance tracking, and maintaining constant communication and an efficient flow of information from the controlling GCN to the Network of International Aon offices.
Special skills required:
Exceptional sales and negotiation skills. Excellent written and verbal communications skills, and a self -starter with strong organizational skills. Property & Casualty licensed required within 6 months of hire date.
Minimum education required:
Bachelors Degree
