Currently, Chubb is seeking a Sales Support Project Analyst for the Whitehouse Stations, NJ office.

The primary objective of the Sales Support Project Analyst role is to support the ongoing development the CPI Field Sales workstation (Salesforce.com), including the introduction of new modules, reporting enhancements, and usage analysis. As a member of the CPI home office marketing team, this role will ensure the interests of CPI as the liaison to Corporate Strategic Marketing on the enterprise sales technology initiative.
In addition, this position will be responsible for the management of additional sales tool projects/systems in support of the SBU sales effort.

Accountabilities/Responsibilities:
• Manage the Field Sales Workstation administration and ongoing development.
• Work with subject matter experts and business owners from within CPI and corporate Strategic Marketing to facilitate enhancements to existing modules
• Continually identify opportunities to utilize additional modules in support of the sales process
• Work closely with the Field Sales Managers and CPI marketing management to create additional reports and dashboards that advance the transition to a sales culture
• Utilize FTS resources and expertise to update training and communication related material. Escalate issues, as necessary, to the Marketing Manager for assistance.
• Function as the primary business resource in the ongoing design and development of the sales workstation, providing insights and feedback ultimately guiding the project output to the maximize field needs and management expectations.
• Analyze stakeholder impact for each phase of the field sales workstation and create action plans for assessing risk and/or addressing each identified impact point.
• Solicit input for enhancements from end users, prioritize, and translate needs to IT developers.
• Work closely with Territory and Field Sales Managers on alignment of the workstation to sales expectations and goals.
• Regularly communicate progress with division leadership on for all phases of the field sales workstation that addresses each stakeholder group appropriately.
• Determine the most effective means for communicating to each group.
• Engage in regular updates, knowledge transfer, and feedback with each group via individual updates, written updates, or group presentations as appropriate.
• Coordinate and facilitate, as needed, the delivery of communication and knowledge transfer of the Marketing Workstation and implications for CPI field marketing staff, Branch and Marketing Managers, and Strategic Marketing representatives as identified.
• Work with corporate/CPI L&D and FTS to maintain training programs that meets the needs of new users and supports product enhancements with existing users. Coordinate with FTS to facilitate its execution.
• Work with other SBU and Corporate resources on other projects/systems intended to deliver sales tools to the end user, both for internal users and agent/brokers.

Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree

Knowledge and Skills:
• Minimum 3 years CPI field marketing experience or comparable experience with a sales management technology
• Demonstrated project management capabilities
• Written and oral communication skills
• Effective at influencing others
• Strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of Personal Lines products, underwriting and marketing
• Strong collaboration skills
