Full-time Claims Processing Specialist

at Allstate (Anywhere)

You will work in the Express Claim Center establishing Auto and Property claims, inspection assignments, and repair arrangements for Allstate customers. You will spend the majority of the day on the phone with customers in a fast paced environment. You will receive a comprehensive training program covering all aspects of the claims processing process. Express employees serve as the first notice of loss on claims to all existing Allstate customers.A Claims Processing Specialist must maintain positive customer relationships and accurately input all data in a timely manner. Contacting customers, processing auto and property claims, and following claim leadership are all keys for success.
