Assistant Actuarial Analyst

Job Purpose:
Provides moderately complex actuarial analysis in support of NCCI's products and services.
Major Duties:
Completes assigned tasks in standard products, state rate filings, legislative pricings, reserving, and research projects .
Analyzes moderately complex information, develops concepts, and evaluates results. Verifies and documents factors used.
Develops and exercises actuarial judgment related to the technical, economic, and statistical processes.
Continues to study for actuarial exams
Develops expertise with actuarial systems, including NCCI's databases.
Required Education, Experience & Skills:
B.A or B.S. degree in mathematics, statistics, quantitative analysis, economics, or related field with a mathematical or statistical background. At least 1 Actuarial exam passed.
