Inbound Sales Representative - Customer Service
Pay Rate: $12.00 - $15.00/hr (non commissioned sales)
Class Start Dates: October 14, 2010 OR October 25, 2010

Schedule(after training):
4 x 10 or 5 x 8 schedules available
4 x 10 Schedule:
8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Sunday, Monday, Friday and Saturday
OR
4 x 10 or 5 x 8 Schedule:
Start Time: 9:00 AM
Required Days: Sunday, Monday, Friday plus one ot two additional weekdays

Training Schedule (paid training and paid licensing): 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM; Sunday, Monday, Friday and Saturday
We are looking for people who are friendly, knowledgeable and have a passion for helping people. This is an opportunity to work in an enthusiastic environment that gives you the chance to engage with people all day long. 90% of your time will be spent handling telephone calls from prospective and existing customers regarding insurance rates and policies!
Providing world class service to our potential clients countrywide, our representatives must possess the following:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of post secondary education or 2 years work experience in a complex customer service environment
- Proven job stability including 1 year with past employer
- 1 year of sales experience and a thorough understanding of sales techniques, including upselling and overcoming objections
- Proficient in computer window-based programs with excellent navigational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Licensed position: P & C training will be provided
- Bilingual: English/Spanish a plus
