Job Title Sales Executive to AVP Sales at KCK Insurance Group
Location Dallas/Fort Worth Area or Texas
Full Time – Mid Senior Level
Industry – Insurance
Functions – Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Service
Compensation – Commission plus Bonus, possible Salary
Job Description - Initial title will be Sales Executive working quickly into a AVP role. Looking for 2-3 Specializing in Personal Lines, 1-2 in Commercial Lines, and 1 in Life/Health. Work at your own pace (can start PT if needed) and build a solid book of business while making above average commissions. Agency has excellent Markets and will provide leads, training, and support. Start on the ground floor and grow with this relatively new Agency and eventually build your own team and be a Manager. Possible equity ownership of Book of Business down the road.
Skills Required - Sales and Relationship building skills along with proper Insurance licenses. Team player motivated to succeed and make a very nice income.
Company Description - KCK Insurance Group LLC is a multi faceted Insurance organization providing Insurance Products to insured's on the Retail level while also providing Insurance Markets to other Retail Agents on the MGA level. Based in Flower Mound, TX, Retail aspect is active in Texas and Iowa while the MGA function is currently active in Texas only but will be expanding.
