RMIS Client Services Specialist - Strong Customer Service & Presentation Skills

Currently, Chubb is seeking a RMIS Client Services Specialist (Risk Management Information System) for the Whitehouse Station, NJ office.
Position Responsibilities
As a RMIS Client Services Specialist, you are accountable for:
• Providing world class product support to our clients, producers and field operations using Chubb’s RMIS systems (Loss History Analyzer, ClaimView, and Dimensions).
• This individual is responsible for customer service including system troubleshooting and problem resolution initiated by our clients and producers through the 800# or RMIS inbox.
• Representing one face to the customer for their data needs including identifying cross sell opportunities.
• Providing support and training on new and renewal accounts.
• Facilitating all aspects of the RMIS Dimensions account activation process (contract facilitation, account/user setup, location code development, training coordination).
• Working in a team environment with Underwriters, Loss Control, Claims and Operations.
• Responsible for meeting service standards of a customer focused strategy.
• Collecting and sharing competitor data with team.
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
• Demonstrated technical expertise and product specific knowledge.
• Proven, successful, sales skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. Ability to effectively interact with all levels of internal and external business partners.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite as well as other business-related software.
• Effective priority setting and time management.
• Account assessment and resolution focus.
